Monday night dinner with braces

What a few days it has been-we lost our beloved Daisy who we got in the summer of 2007.  She was the sweetest dog- a reason for Sam to visit.  And, she loved him!  We were bereft.  Sam stayed over Friday night he had a lacrosse game in the morning  which they lost/and a lacrosse game at night which they won in overtime!  So exciting we have nicknamed the team the "cardiac kids" the sudden death overtimes are so stressful!  Tonight Sam's teeth were hurting he had braces put on the lower teeth.  We had a tomato soup that I used to get for Stephanie on occasion.  He didn't remember it but, we talked about how sometimes you just want something that tastes good to you.  He ate two bowls!  Now we are watching "Foyle's War" a new tradition.  He also told me that Opa and Nana like "Blue Bloods" and we need to watch it!
